How to pre-order your shopping before you fly
Now you can order your Tax & Duty Free up to 24 hours before you travel in the comfort of you home or office and have it packed, ready and waiting for you to collect and pay for at the airport when you fly.
Step 1 - Browse the site
Treat the site as you would any other online store, using the search box or category navigation on the left to view the range available for pre-order.
When you find a product you wish to reserve simply click the 'Pre-order' button to add the item to your basket.
After you have selected all your chosen products, just click the 'Checkout' button on the basket page to continue.
Step 2 - Confirm flight information
You will then be asked to confirm your departure airport, your destination airport, flight number (if known) and date & time of travel. Pre-orders can be placed up to 24 hours prior to your flight departure time.
Step 3 - Confirm your details
We then ask you to provide some information about you. Name, email address etc, this so we can let you know your order status and know who you are when you collect your items when you fly. We will also ask you for a password, this will help you log in to the website again and check your order status. It will also help speed up future pre-orders.
Before you complete your order, you will have one final chance to review the items selected and their respective quantities which you can update these as required. Even at this point if you have forgotten any items you can go back and add them to the basket, all your information added so far will be retained.
Step 4 - Complete your order
Once you're ready, just click 'Complete Pre-order' this adds your order to our system. The following confirmation screen will detail your order and will show your 'Pre-order Number'. You can print this page for your records ready to bring with you on day of travel. In addition you will receive an email confirmation with details of your order. Both the confirmation screen and email will include all the information you need about how to collect your items on day of travel.
If you shared your mobile number with us during Step 2, we will also text you on the day of travel 2 hours before your stated flight departure time as a helpful reminder to collect your items. This text will also include your pre-order number.
Step 5 - Payment & collection on day
On your departure you can collect your purchases at the 'Pre-order Collection Point' at the main Tax & Duty Free store after security within the departure lounge. Feel free to browse the store before you collect your items, bring any additional items you wish to purchase to the Pre-order Collection Point you can then pay for them all in a single transaction.
We want you to be happy with purchases, so don't worry if you change your mind about some of the items you have pre-ordered. Just let the member of staff know they will be happy to exchange or remove any items from the pre-order as required to ensure you leave with exactly what you need.
Remember, you will need to present your boarding card you make your transaction. As you would expect our stores accept all major credits, cash and foreign currency.
